No cheating: you will never be listed again, you will be blacklisted to all other cam related toplists and your sponsors will be informed. 

A popup (start or exit console) to Cams4Free is allowed, but you must also have a banner and/or a textlink to Cams4Free at your site. 

No childporn/incest of any kind: your account will be deleted and reported.

Not deceptive number of popups at your site: cams4free is a surfer friendly toplist!
A surfer should be able to close anything with a single mouseclick! No Autodialers/popups allowed!

There must be at least 1 Free (Guest) Cam at your site. Sites with just links (or other toplists) are not welcome!

No broken banners allowed! If we see a broken banner, we will delete it (not your site, just the broken image).
Don't steal banners from others. Don't submit a banner thats already in use by somebody else.
